Christmas is just around the corner! The days are just flying by, aren’t they?! It always seems to me like after Halloween, you blink and it’s Thanksgiving, and then you blink again and it’s Christmas!
Have y’all started your Christmas shopping yet? We are almost done shopping for everyone, yay! But now I need to start WRAPPING. I don’t know about you, but I always procrastinate the gift wrapping. It will be Christmas Eve and I will still be wrapping! Even though, every year I tell myself I’m going to start early and it never happens…ugh, oh well.
Anyways, even though I procrastinate the gift wrapping, I actually enjoy it. I treat every gift I wrap like it’s a little work of art. To me, it is very enjoyable to coordinate the wrapping paper, the beautiful ribbon with a bit of trinkets tucked into the center of each bow, and a matching name tag. It’s such a rewarding experience to see the joy on people’s faces when they see their gift wrapped up so nicely.
That’s why today I wanted to talk all about gift wrap! I always say, it’s all about the presentation. A beautifully designed and well-wrapped gift, shows the person how much thought and care you put into their gift. That’s not to say that a gift given without excellent wrapping is not well-received! I just think it just goes the extra mile, if that makes sense.
